Deirdre Farrington

Deirdre A. Farrington is an experienced family law attorney and litigator. She grew up as a military “brat” and has lived all over the U.S. After graduating from the University of Rochester in 1983, Ms. Farrington worked for the federal government in Northern Virginia. She decided to attend George Mason Law School (now Antonin Scalia School of Law), graduating in 1996 and earning her Virginia law license the same year. From 1998 to 2003, she ran a successful solo law practice in Hampton, Virginia, focusing primarily on criminal defense, juvenile law, and family law. In 2001, Ms. Farrington earned her Florida law license and in 2003 accepted a senior attorney position at the Florida Department of Health. In 2005, she opened a solo practice in Crawfordville, Florida, serving the rural community in family and juvenile law, bankruptcy, wills and estates and probate administration. Ms. Farrington also served on the Board of the Big Bend Office of the Public Guardian and volunteered with Legal Services of North Florida. Ms. Farrington became licensed in North Carolina in 2017. She relocated to Charlotte in 2023 to practice with Epperson Law Group and is looking forward to serving the legal needs of the local community. She is a member of the Cabarrus County Bar Association.
