Jacsiry Lopez was born in Nicaragua and raised in Miami, Florida. She earned an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Brown Mackie College and brings a compassionate, family-centered perspective to her work.

In 2015, she relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, drawn by the beauty of the Carolinas and its four distinct seasons.

Outside the office, Jacsiry enjoys spending time with loved ones, watching basketball or soccer, and shopping. As a proud soccer mom to two energetic boys, she’s often cheering from the sidelines.
