Jeffrey S. Berman, born and raised in Buffalo, NY, has practiced law since 1988. His practice focuses on all Family Law issues including separation, divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, contempt, domestic violence, military divorce issues and equitable distribution. He has extensive trial experience appearing in numerous North Carolina counties in Magistrate, District, Superior Courts and the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Jeffrey has a strong belief in client communication as one of the core principles of his law practice. Effective communication and relationship building is an important component of meeting client needs.

Jeffrey is married with three grown children and four beautiful grandchildren. He is a firm believer in healthy living and the benefits of regular physical activity. He is an avid reader, especially on topics related to World War II. Jeffrey is a long-time fan of the Buffalo Bills.
