Mary Ann brings a unique perspective to her role at Epperson Law. With experience as a former prosecutor, government and defense attorney, she has viewed the law from many angles.

In private practice for over 20 years in rural northern Wisconsin, Mary Ann’s expertise in family law includes a wide variety of matters, such as divorce, child support, custody, and adoptions. Trained in mediation in North Carolina, she strives to reach resolutions that save families time, money, and heartache.

As an experienced guardian ad litem with a trauma-informed background, Mary Ann understands how to advocate for what is best for children. She works with families to develop custody plans tailored to their unique needs, resulting in greater satisfaction for parents and children alike.

Outside of her workday, Mary Ann enjoys outdoor activities with her family including hiking in North Carolina’s mountains or her new “love “ of gravel riding with her husband. She proudly supports her alma mater IU’s basketball and football teams and her hometown team the Bengals! They live with their two tuxedo kitties in Davidson.
