Former reality TV stars to share parenting duties of daughter

Divorce is rarely ever an easy thing to go through, but when there are children involved, it can be especially complicated. When parents in Ballantyne, North Carolina divorce, oftentimes the biggest source of contention is over the custody and support of the children, especially if both parents want custody of the children. This is the case for former reality TV stars Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy who were both fighting for child custody of their 4-year-old daughter. Frankel first told Hoppy that she wanted a divorce in 2012, but the two still shared a home together while proceeding with the divorce until earlier this year. Frankel moved out because she claimed living with Hoppy was unbearable.

The custody battle became quite heated with 42-year-old Hoppy accusing Frankel of using their daughter to promote her business and 43-year-old Frankel saying that Hoppy threatened her when he discovered she wanted a divorce.

The two recently came to an agreement on the custody arrangements for their daughter. Although the details of the arrangement are being kept confidential, the two will share parenting duties.
