Educating our clients about divorce is important to us

When a relationship can no longer continue, it is usually very clear to all parties involved. However, the spouses who come to us at Epperson Law, PLLC, are not always sure whether they are ready for divorce yet. This is normal. The decision to get a divorce is a serious one and it should not be taken lightly. It should not be taken without first educating yourself about the ins and outs of divorce.

However, just because you go to a divorce lawyer to talk does not mean that you will ultimately get a divorce. A lawyer can educate you on what you can expect during your divorce proceedings, as well as what rights you may have in your proceedings. By having a better idea of what your divorce will be like in this regard, you will be able to make your decision about divorce with more clarity.

At Epperson Law, PLLC, during your initial consultation with our offices, we will go over the different aspects of your divorce with you and cover any questions you may have about: child custody, visitation, child support, asset division and alimony. We also assist military families in their military divorce proceedings, which have important aspects to them that are different from the civilian divorce process.

At Epperson Law, PLLC, we take the education of our clients seriously because, not only is an educated client a happier client, but also the more educated our clients are, the better decisions they will make during their divorce process. Furthermore, when our clients know what to expect around every corner of their divorce process, they will have a smoother, more successful and more stress-free divorce in the end.
